Pool Attendant/Lifeguard

Pool Attendants and Lifeguards are responsible for assisting with the waterpark routine, being at the Pool Attendant or lifeguard rotation, custodial duties, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Operate Slides, Perform lifeguard surveillance of the pool area. Provide services for large groups, including children, monitoring both visually and audibly to ensure safety, facility rules, and health standards. Duties include, but are not limited to, enforcing rules and regulations governing the use of facilities, preventing injury or loss of life, and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary. Pool Attendant Requirements :

Must be 16 years of age or older Be willing to complete the American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certification course. Pool Attendant will complete Aquatic Attraction certification. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies. Must carry out the duties, direction, and assignment as requested by the Lead Lifeguard/Supervisor. Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as needed. Must be able to perform lifeguard pre-requisites (300-meter swim, 2 minutes treading water) (LIFEGUARDS ONLY)

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
