You might be a great fit to join our customer-focused team. We need a problem-solving pool maintenance technician to repair, maintain, clean, and treat pools for a variety of clients in our community. Responsibilities include using our company vehicle to visit clients and troubleshoot, repair, and replace faulty pool equipment. You'll also test pH levels, treat water with chemicals, and survey the pool structure to identify leaks. The ideal candidate can interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, has previous experience as a pool maintenance technician, and is proficient in swimming pool chemicals and their properties. Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment Maintain record of paperwork and services performed Survey pH levels of water, and add or maintain chemicals as needed Skim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor Check and balance chemicals in the pool to maintain proper pH levels Inspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, and report any issues to the supervisor Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer baskets
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a pool technician and understanding of common pool maintenance techniques, chemicals, and equipment Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions Ability to lift heavy equipments and dexterity are required High school diploma or GED required About Company Superior Pool Service is a leading provider of pool maintenance, repair, and renovation services.
