In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of lifeguards and staff, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for guests while upholding safety standards and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine management skills with a passion for hospitality and recreation. Duties Assist in the development and maintenance of the seasonal schedule for lifeguards, swim instructors, and support staff. Support the Director in overseeing the lifeguard team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Provide assistance in monitoring lifeguard performance and offering constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with the Director in planning and executing swimming lesson programs including class schedules and participant registration. Assist swim instructors in maintaining consistency in teaching methods and ensuring high instructional standards. Work alongside the Director and lifeguard team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming experience when entering the Twin Hills pool facilities. Support coordination with maintenance staff for routine cleaning, pool inspections, and necessary repairs. Assist the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of the pool, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, including emergency response plans. Aid in the development and execution of training programs for aquatics staff on safety, customer service, and operational procedures. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication. Lifeguard certification not necessary but a plus. Strong employee management and customer relations skills necessary
