Position Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Pool Plasterer to join their service and resurfacing team. This role requires hands-on expertise in pool and spa plastering, along with renovation tasks such as demolition, tile work, coping, and acid washing. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency on every project. Key Responsibilities Apply plaster to swimming pools and spas with a smooth, high-quality finish Perform acid washing to properly prepare pool surfaces for refinishing Carry out demolition work, including removal of old plaster, tile, and coping Install and repair tile and coping around pool and spa structures Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean and organized condition Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet timelines and client expectations Follow all safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and ensure a hazard-free work environment Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pool and spa plastering Strong knowledge of plaster application, surface preparation, and finishing techniques Experience with acid washing, demolition, and resurfacing processes Ability to install or repair pool tile and coping Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work (lifting, bending, extended standing) Preferred Skills High attention to detail and strong workmanship standards Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills with supervisors and clients Reliable, deadline-driven, and safety-conscious Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Career growth and skill development opportunities 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Professional development support Experience & Certification Pool plastering: 5+ years (required) Valid driver's license (required)
