Full-Time We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Pool Repair Technician to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This position will primarily focus on diagnosing pool equipment issues, performing equipment repairs, and installing new pool equipment for residential and/or commercial customers. Pool industry experience is helpful, but not required . The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, solving mechanical problems, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities The Pool Repair Technician will be responsible for: Diagnosing problems with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, plumbing, and related components Repairing and replacing pool equipment as needed Installing new pool equipment and ensuring proper operation Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues Communicating clearly with customers about repair needs and completed work Maintaining a clean, organized work area and service vehicle Following safety procedures and company standards Accurately documenting work performed, parts used, and recommendations Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is highly mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on repair work Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Is dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Can work independently and manage daily service tasks Has good communication skills and a professional attitude Is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Can lift equipment and materials as needed Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Preferred but Not Required Pool repair or pool service experience Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, automotive, or equipment repair experience Experience using hand tools and power tools Basic understanding of electrical systems and water flow What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and ability On-the-job training for the right candidate Opportunity to learn a skilled trade Steady, hands-on work with room to grow Supportive team environment About the Role This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who wants to build a career in the pool repair industry.
