This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering excellent service to customers. Experience in pool maintenance is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine swimming pool maintenance and service for residential and commercial customers Test and balance pool water chemistry Clean pools, skimmers, baskets, filters, pumps, and related equipment Inspect pool systems and identify maintenance or repair needs Diagnose basic equipment issues and report larger repairs to management Open and close pools seasonally Install and repair pool equipment and components as needed Maintain accurate service records and customer notes Safely handle pool chemicals and follow company safety procedures Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customersQualifications:
Previous pool service experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable attendance and strong work ethicSimilar jobs in Phoenix, MD
