Pool Service Technician - Round Rock / Pflugerville / North Austin Area Competitive Pay Based on Experience + Growth Opportunity Full-Time preferred, and will consider part-time for right candidates The Chlorinator is a growing residential pool service company serving Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Hutto, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism, consistency, and customer service. What You'll Do Perform weekly residential pool maintenance and cleaning Test and balance pool water chemistry Brush pool walls, stairs, and tile lines Vacuum, net debris, and empty skimmer/pump baskets Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues Clean filters and perform routine preventative maintenance Submit detailed service reports with photos Maintain a clean, professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude Safely handle pool chemicals and equipment What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat year-round Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily Attention to detail and ability to work independently Pool experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Mechanical aptitude is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Consistent year-round work Supportive small business environment Company vehicle/equipment provided during work hours (if applicable) Stable routes and established customers About The Chlorinator At The Chlorinator, we focus on high-quality residential pool maintenance with strong communication and dependable service.
