Pool Technician

Job Overview We will train! No experience necessary! No Sundays and only one Saturday per month! Must have Valid SC Drivers license. Join our team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained swimming environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and small repairs to pool systems. This paid position is a route position in the surrounding areas. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system checks to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct thorough pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming pools, brushing surfaces, and cleaning filters. Small repairs to pool equipment Inspect pool infrastructure for safety hazards or mechanical issues and execute necessary repairs promptly. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs for compliance and quality assurance. Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures to prepare pools for peak usage or winterization. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure environment for clients and team members alike. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment components. On the job training! Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as chemical balancing, water testing, cleaning, and filtration system upkeep helpful Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely for equipment repair and installation Helpful on the job training. Prior service technician experience or hands-on work in maintenance roles is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor environments. Good communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
