Pool Technician

Pool Technician Dingman Pools and Spas Position Title Pool Technician Pay Range $25-$36 per hour(Based on experience, skill level, certifications, and leadership ability) Position Overview Dingman Pools and Spas is seeking motivated and dependable Pool Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position involving swimming pool service, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and working as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in the pool industry or someone mechanically inclined looking to build a long-term career. Responsibilities Open and close swimming pools Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment and plumbing issues Install and repair pool plumbing systems Install pool liners Service pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems Perform equipment replacements and upgrades Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and standards Qualifications Previous pool industry experience preferred Plumbing or mechanical experience is a plus Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to drive company vehicles Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability required Ability to work independently and with a crew Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Time-and-a-half overtime pay Overtime opportunities available Paid training every year Opportunity for advancement Full-time, seasonal, and year-round opportunities available based on experience and workload Supportive team environment About Us Dingman Pools and Spas is committed to providing high-quality pool and spa service throughout Long Island.
