Pool Weekly Maintenance Technician

Job Overview Absolute Pool Care is seeking reliable Weekly Maintenance for the 2026 Season. Candidates will be responsible for testing, cleaning and maintaining residential pools. You must possess a valid driving license and have reliable transportation. Our ideal candidate is someone with prior pool maintenance experience, but we are willing to provide training if you are qualified for the job. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company. Duties Conduct weekly inspections of pool water quality, ensuring proper chemical balance and clarity. Perform routine cleaning of pool surfaces, filters, skimmers, and surrounding areas to maintain hygiene standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace pool equipment such as pumps, filters, valves, and heaters. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Assist with opening and closing pools according to established procedures. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with pool systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing, cleaning, and filtration system upkeep. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for recordkeeping. Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
