Conduct preventative maintenance in order to maintain brand standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and resolve in-house when possible. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas. Maintain exterior grounds, parking lot, and dumpster areas, including pressure washing and seasonal upkeep (snow/ice, debris removal). Support team members by ensuring all supplies are stocked. Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts. Contribute to a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff. Ideal Candidate 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Be able to climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet. Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player who enjoys contributing to a friendly environment. No formal education required; willingness to learn is key.
