Duties Perform thorough cleaning duties across various areas, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment. Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Support housekeeping staff with replenishing supplies and organizing storage areas to promote efficiency. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways, ensuring a welcoming exterior appearance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site. Experience Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is highly desirable. Experience with floor care techniques such as buffing or carpet cleaning is a plus. Background in hotel housekeeping or hospitality management will be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) safely and consistently throughout shifts. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
