Exploration Geologist

Exploration Geologist Nevada $400 - $500 Daily We are seeking an Exploration Geologist to support and help oversee active drilling and core logging operations at a tungsten focused exploration project near Montello Nevada. The position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing exploration company advancing an active resource definition program in Northeast Nevada.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Handle and oversee drill core workflows from rig to logging and sampling Conduct geological and geotechnical core logging to company standards Support core orientation, marking, sampling, and core cutting workflows Maintain organization and efficiency within the core shack environment Assist with drill program coordination and daily field activities Support and mentor junior geologists and geotechnicians on site

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

5+ years of mineral exploration experience Strong understanding of complete core handling and processing workflows Experience with geological and geotechnical logging practices Comfortable working in remote field environments Interest in long-term project growth within mineral exploration operations Strong safety mindset and ability to work within active drilling environments
