As a Portfolio Owner Manager within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Brecksville, OH; Portage, MI; or Wilmington, DE. You will be a key leader in our Product Organization reporting to the Head of Collections Product team for Retail Lending. You will lead a highly skilled team tasked with delivering our technology and process transformation strategy across the collections and recovery lifecycle. We have exciting opportunities across multiple asset classes to innovate and deliver world-class experiences in our journey to maximize share-of-wallet. Partners with Product, Technology, and Business leaders to create, manage, and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog, and roadmap Designs and delivers future state collections and recovery operating processes enabled by modern platforms and digital capabilities Drives adoption of automation, digital self service, and analytics enabled decisioning to improve process effectiveness and customer experience Collaborates with business, tech, and enterprise partners to establish a well-coordinated release roadmap, and ensures operational and customer-facing readiness activities Identifies and implements strategies across the Product and Technology organization designed to improve product delivery effectiveness and efficiency Establishes thoughtful risk and quality management capabilities across product development lifecycle to meet schedule, scope, and benefits realization Leads post-implementation troubleshooting while balancing capacity across deployment teams Defines success metrics and tracks performance improvements tied to new platforms and strategies (e.g., roll rates, cure rates, recovery economics, cost efficiencies) Integrates AI into product development lifecycles including story writing, test casing and code reviews Familiar with product development tools like Tableau, FigJam, JIRA, Confluence, Figma PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. for this position. Job Description Represents the business and sets the strategic vision for the portfolio. Makes trade-offs across teams, e.g., funding and resource allocation; ensures alignment where needed. Approver of teams' prioritization and major deliverables. Interfaces with leadership and other portfolios/executives, especially when there are decisions (i.e., reprioritization) to be made across portfolios. Engages with other Portfolios/ executives when information/ scope of the teams not enough to make decisions In consultation with the Product Owner; makes decisions including removal of impediments based on information provided by Scrum teams/POs and other stakeholders. Ensures solid product vision together with all Product Owners and provides guidance on backlog prioritization based on business value. Pressure tests iteration plans and scope. Reviews iteration WIP, demos and provides feedback as necessary. Determines if iteration outcome is acceptable from functional/non-functional aspects Reviews final deliverables, approves and coordinates acceptance among SMEs. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Pay Transparency Base Salary:
$80,000.00
  • $171,050.
00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Application Window Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 05/18/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
