Cruise Matchmaker:

Initiate calls, follow up on warm leads, and connect with direct consumers to understand their travel dreams. You'll be their expert guide, recommending the perfect Norwegian Cruise Line product, from itineraries to staterooms.

Launch Sales Rockets:

Close sales and meet/exceed ambitious revenue goals. You are in control of your success!

Build Your Crew:

Establish lasting relationships with new and existing guests. You'll become their trusted cruise guru, consistently checking in and proactively suggesting new voyages based on their past adventures. Become a

Product Pro:

Master the ins and outs of our incredible fleet, itineraries, and promotions. You'll confidently articulate the features and benefits of our cruises and upsell exciting extras like stateroom upgrades and onboard credits.

Learn and Level Up:

Actively participate in daily huddles and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay at the cutting edge of the cruise industry.

Set Sail Together:

Helm:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) . A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a bonus!

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience (preferred). Experience specifically selling cruises is a HUGE plus, but not required if you bring the passion!

Exceptional communicator:

You are fluent in both Portuguese and English. You are engaging, articulate, and can build instant rapport over the phone.

High-Energy & Resilient:

You can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-quota sales environment.

Product Enthusiast:

Base Salary:

$29,120 (paid bi-weekly)

Commission:

UNLIMITED

uncapped commission through our sales incentive plan (paid monthly).

Earning Potential:

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 9:00 - 6:00pm EST. To maximize your earning potential and success, weekend availability and extra hours during the week are highly recommended and often expected.
