Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaning Contractor to join our team on a 1099 independent contractor basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering thorough, efficient, and high-quality cleaning services following construction projects. Your efforts will ensure that newly completed buildings are spotless, safe, and ready for occupancy. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial and residential construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, window washing, and debris removal Use specialized cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products to achieve pristine results Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all areas meet client standards and safety regulations Coordinate with project managers or site supervisors to schedule cleaning sessions and address specific client requests Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before project handover Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues encountered during cleaning activities Skills Must have reliable personal transportation Must own a HEPA vacuum Must have basic cleaning supplies, microfiber cloths, and PPE Proven experience in post construction or commercial cleaning preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness Ability to operate various cleaning tools and machinery safely and effectively Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards Join us as a Post Construction Cleaning Contractor and play a vital role in transforming freshly built spaces into clean, welcoming environments.
