Behavioral Health Post Doc Psychology Fellow - One Year Assignment Do you want to work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcome for patients? In this role you will:
Provide comprehensive bio-psycho-social diagnostic assessment at intake and at any point needed throughout the therapeutic treatment. Provide psychotherapeutic treatments; be well versed in at least two treatment modalities. Use a team-oriented approach with special emphasis on communication and coordination of care. Create patient centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, provide case management services, and assess patient's ongoing clinic needs and progress Incorporate feedback from supervision to improve clinical skills and performance.Required Qualifications:
Practicum and Internship experience in the diagnosis and treatment of those problems specific to mentally ill patients manifesting a wide spectrum of illnesses and symptoms. Practicum and Internship experience consulting and/or collaborating with the various agencies that provide care for mentally ill patients. Completion and graduation from an accredited graduate program that grants a degree that allows psychologist to practice under supervision as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Doctoral degree, with commensurate practicum and internship which focused on clinical mental health practice. Quality training in psychotherapeutic techniques.
