Available on every job! Everlast Structures is seeking a hardworking and motivated Experienced Post Frame Crew Member to join our construction team. 5 years of Post Frame experience is required! If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to grow within or company

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a construction crew on post-frame building projects Oversee framing, siding, roofing, and all phases of general construction Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Train, mentor, and support crew members while promoting teamwork and efficiency Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times Read and interpret construction plans and ensure work is completed according to specifications Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers as needed Operate equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Monitor material usage and assist with job site logistics and planning Ensure all work is completed to Everlast Structures' quality standards and customer expectations

Qualifications:

5+ years of post-frame construction experience or a strong background in framing and crew leadership Strong work ethic, dependable, and motivated to lead by example Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions year-round Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to read plans, solve problems, and keep projects moving efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Clean criminal record preferred Family-oriented individual with strong morals, values, and integrity Trustworthy, respectful, and committed to maintaining a positive team culture We strive to maintain a family-oriented company culture built around honesty, integrity, humility, respect, and strong values
