Responsibilities:

Respond to customer homes, speak with customers, evaluate their needs/wants, issue estimates for roofing, siding, windows/doors, seamless gutter systems, etc. Review job estimates and needs Communicate with homeowners and contractors to resolve issues Material ordering Supervise/monitor jobsites; to include sub-crews Ensure accuracy and quality of every job Follow all safety protocols issues to management Run job operations software Clean & Maintain Company Provided tools & vehicles Maintain professional demeanor and adhere to

AA Seamless Gutters Code of Conduct Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects Ability to work in outdoor conditions and on rooftops/ladders Punctual and reliable Self-Motivated & Positive Can-do attitude Customer first mentality

Experience:

No prior experience is required, however experience in the Construction field is preferred Working on Roofs or off ladders - Not afraid of heights AA Seamless is more than happy to provide training to the right candidates Roofing, siding, and other carpentry experience is a plus.

Schedule:

This position works out of our Athens location and we travel to and from the job sites with company vehicles. M - F (occasional weekends) Work hours are 7:00am-5:00pm with overtime as needed (overtime is often in the summer months).
