Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible repairs on current buildings and warranty repairs and install of garage door in current buildings in process. Duties and Responsibilities

• Repairs on current buildings, billable repairs and warranty
• Customer service skills, calling prior to repairs
• Install garage doors on current buildings
• Communication to Production Coordinator and Director of Production for field issues and concerns Education and/or Experience Ÿ Knowledge of building materials and building process Ÿ Previous experience as a construction superintendent or Foreman Ÿ Any combination of job related experience and/or training, which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities Ÿ QSI provides on-the-job training Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Ability to obtain a OSHA 10 and 30 hour, and First Aid Certification Ÿ Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner Ÿ Must be able to multitask, possess good communications skills (written & verbal) Ÿ Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints Ÿ Ability to interface with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and personnel Ÿ Ability to maintain file systems Ÿ Must be detail oriented and have persistent follow through skills Ÿ Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions accurately Ÿ Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment Ÿ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with officials and the public Weight & Lift Requirements Ÿ Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Ÿ Lifting anything >100lbs requires additional personnel and utilizing a dolly or forklift if possible.
