Full-time SUMMARY:

The Post Harvest Associate is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest bucking through packaging and labeling of the final product; ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate will be trained in the use of equipment for bucking, trimming, packaging and labeling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Remove flowers from stems to prepare for processing (bucking) Follow and achieve KPI metrics Remove sugar leaves from cannabis using shears and or hands Weigh, package, and label cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals Maintain a culture of professionalism and service Maintain a clean and organized work environment Use various cleaning solutions for maintaining sanitation Perform detailed cleaning procedures such as wiping, sweeping, and mopping daily Wear gloves, safety eyewear, and various PPE as needed (N95, respirators, goggles, glasses, ect.) Follow good documentation practices Ensure daily compliance with policies including, but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) General knowledge of weights and measurements Ability to be accountable to meet daily & weekly goals Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency daily High attention to detail Ability to have confidentiality and use discretion and sound judgment Strong written and verbal communication Ability to handle stress.
