The lab focuses on costimulatory and coinhibitory pathways, particularly the PD-L1/PD-1 and
HHLA2/KIR3DL3
pathways. Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in life changing breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. Â This position will involve examining the role of PD-1 and other coinhibitory pathways in immune responses and particularly on therapeutic synergies of coinhibitory blockade for anti-tumor immunity.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. The candidate must be a self-starter capable of generating new ideas with a strong work ethic and intensely curious with a love of discovery.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
A background in immunology and mouse tumor models is essential. Experience in working with T cells, antigen-presenting cells, cell culture, immunological techniques, multicolor flow cytometry, scRNA analysis are highly desirable. Please include the following information with your
