Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and construction of building foundations, including excavation, formwork, and concrete work Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed Support skilled trades as required

Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Be responsible, honest, and punctual Be willing to learn and work independently or as part of a team Have experience with or interest in heavy equipment
