Powder Coating / Warehouse Technician

Job Description The Ramp Rack is seeking a dependable and motivated Powder Coating / Warehouse Technician to support production and shipping operations. This position plays a key role in preparing, finishing, and packaging our products to ensure high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare parts Hang and stage parts for powder coating Assist with powder coating and painting processes Build crates and package products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Powder coating and/or painting experience preferred but not required Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus Benefits IRA retirement plan PTO (Paid Time Off) Paid Holidays Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (typical hours; adjust as needed) Pay $18-$20/hour depending on experience How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or apply directly with a brief summary of your experience.
