Suspect/Defective parts and scrap found lying on the floor must be placed in red scrap containers. Follow Plex check sheet escalation when suspect/defective parts are found during processing. Read and understand work instructions and gage instructions for jobs, tasks, quality checks and operations being performed. Use measurement tools such as, gages, calipers, micrometers, length scales, dial indicators and weight scales to measure and check parts Keep work area clean and organized, use typical cleaning tools (rags, brooms, brushes, dust pans, sweepers, scrapers, trash cans) to clean up work areas.
