Job Overview Ready to turn your passion for engines, speed, and adventure into a career? We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Power Sports Sales Representative to join our team. Sales experience is a plus. Join our dynamic team as a Power Sports Sales professional, where your enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles and outdoor adventure fuels your success. In this energetic role, you will connect passionate customers with the perfect power sports equipment, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft and marine. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your sales skills to turn prospects into loyal clients while enjoying the benefits of a rewarding career in the power sports industry.
What You'll Do:
Help customers find the perfect ATV, snowmobile, side-by-side, watercraft and marine. Sell units from high demand major brands such as Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Lund, Bennington and Tracker Marine. Build lasting relationships with riders of all experience levels Stay up to date on the latest models, features, and gear Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from first visit to final handshake Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate new sales opportunities within the power sports market. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing leads through effective follow-up and relationship building. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase high-end power sports equipment, emphasizing features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate deals with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs while achieving sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory using CRM software to streamline sales processes and support inventory management. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and participate in public speaking events or dealership activities to enhance brand visibility
What We're Looking For:
  • Enthusiasm for power sports and outdoor adventure
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Sales experience preferred (but we'll train the right person)
  • Self-motivated with a competitive edge
  • Ability to work weekends and peak season Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data efficiently.
