Control number 870234600 This job is open to Help The public U.S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Duties Help Provide practical nursing care to pients in the outpient clinic with a variety of medical conditions. Perform tasks such as recording vital signs, ordering labs, tracking pient's laborory, radiology orders and referral results to completion. Initie and maintain medical histories on pients, records observions, and identifies symptoms for use by the clinician. Report significant findings to the supervising nurse or physician. Perform direct nursing care to clinic pients via telemedicine, virtual, and face-to-face care. Conduct focused nursing assessments and contributes to the care plan. Maintain timely and accure documention of care provided and ensures adherence to established protocols. Communice with pients and families to ensure they are informed about care plans and progress. Administer prescribed medicions with increased independence, ensuring proper pient dosages, routes, and times are followed Prepare and delivers oral, topical, and injectable forms while monitoring for and responding to side effects or adverse reactions. Assist in performing and managing medical procedures, physical examinions, and trements. Utilize electronic health record and informion technology as effective communicion and management tools to facilite the pient experience and coordinion. Assist with resuscitions, stabilizions, and other critical interventions as well as inities emergency care as needed and assembles, operes, and monitors specialized equipment. Monitor pient responses during and after procedures, ensuring th any complicions are addressed promptly. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols throughout all procedures. Provide pient and family educion tailored to specific medical conditions, trement plans, and recovery goals. Assist in counseling and educing pients to include, but not limited to diet, acute or chronic illness, wellness/preventive health measures, immunizions, demonstring proper use of medical devices, and addresses questions about ongoing care. This position has specific initial background investigion and periodic re-verificion requirements since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age on a recurring basis. Immunizion screening is required. Hepitis B immunizion is required for all positions with direct pient contact.
