The Practice Director partners closely with the Doctor and leadership team to lead day-to-day operations, build an incredible patient experience, grow the business, and create a culture where both patients and team members love being there. How you'll make us better: Create and maintain a positive, upbeat, high-performing office culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated Partner with the Doctor to ensure excellence in patient care, team development, and clinic operations Lead with positivity, professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence Coach, mentor, and develop team members while building strong relationships and trust Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance metrics, profitability, scheduling efficiency, and patient experience Understand and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance to help achieve monthly and annual goals Support growth initiatives through local marketing efforts and relationship-building within the dental community Help implement and reinforce new tools, systems, and operational processes Handle patient concerns with empathy, urgency, and professionalism Jump into clinic roles when needed and lead by example during busy moments Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board regulations What makes you a great fit: We're proud of our people-first culture and are looking for someone who brings both operational strength and positive energy to the team.
