  • Radiation Oncology Rockville, Maryland We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager
  • Radiation Oncology to oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of a radiation oncology practice in Rockville, Maryland.
This leadership role partners closely with physicians and senior leadership to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Practice Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the practice
  • Develop, implement, and maintain practice policies, procedures, and operational objectives
  • Analyze operational performance and business conditions and provide recommendations to leadership
  • Manage and maintain operational systems, including coordination of hardware and software needs
  • Promote effective communication and appropriate information flow across the practice
  • Prepare and maintain management and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Support the development and coordination of new office locations as needed
  • Supervise administrative and support staff (clinical direction provided by physicians)
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience managing healthcare operations, systems, and reporting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements
Compensation Salary Range:
$76,000
