Job Description Pre-Assembly Tech Shift:

1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:00

PM Location:

Winston-Salem/Kernersville area

Pay:

$17.50 per hour We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pre-Assembly Tech to join a manufacturing team in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. This role is responsible for assembling products according to work orders, blueprints, and company specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions. Read and understand blueprints to pre-assemble products accurately. Assemble various types of stators and rotors based on work orders. Monitor equipment functions and report any issues or substandard conditions to the line lead or supervisor. Use precision measurement equipment to verify accuracy and quality. Maintain inventory of parts and tools used during the assembly process. Operate a pallet jack as needed. Follow all PPE and ESD protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Keep work area clean, safe, and organized according to 6S standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Ability to stand on concrete for the entire shift. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the production floor. Ability to pick up and move products weighing 10 lbs. to 40 lbs. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift. Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
