We are seeking a VPK Teacher who will lead or support developmentally appropriate learning experiences in a vibrant, play-based classroom. Childcare Discount Paid Training & Professional Development CDA Tuition Assistance In-Service Hours Responsibilities Implement engaging, age-appropriate VPK lesson plans aligned with Florida early learning standards. Promote the health, safety, and well-being of all childcare students in your classroom. Lead structured educational activities, small group instruction, and guided play. Provide individualized instruction and support to preschool students with diverse learning needs. Support and model positive behavior management strategies. Communicate effectively with families, fellow teachers, and administrative staff. Keep your classroom organized, clean, and stocked with necessary learning materials. Qualifications Previous experience working in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool center. Understanding of early childhood education and development. Experience as a VPK or pre-kindergarten teacher strongly preferred. CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential or equivalent certification. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and inclusive education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A deep love for teaching young children! Schedule Monday through Friday Full or Part-Time (Exact shift may vary within operating hours: 7:30 AM•6:00PM)
