Our mission includes developing caring, ethical contributors to society, and our faculty strive to provide students with opportunities to explore material, engage deeply with content, and apply learned skills. We are seeking a team member who possesses a growth mindset and who can form dynamic relationships with students as well as colleagues based on positivity and collegiality. : Work closely with the lead classroom teacher and members of the Lower School team to support the emotional, physical, and academic growth of young learners Assist lead teachers with daily classroom routines, classroom management and lesson implementation Support students during whole-group, small-group, and individual activities Help foster a warm, inclusive classroom community where each child feels valued and known Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, rest time, and other daily activities Collaborate with classroom teachers, Special Area teachers, and specialists to support the needs of all learners Communicate professionally and positively with colleagues and families, as appropriate Remain flexible and responsive to the changing needs of young children and the school day : Hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate, or an associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field Have experience working with children in an early childhood, preschool, and/or elementary setting (other relevant experiences will be considered) :

Salary Range:

$30,000 to $32,000 (final compensation will be determined based on experience and education)
