Meticulous attention to machinery:

maintain cleanliness, regulate fluid levels, and manage tooling efficiently. Collaborate and voice insights or hurdles to supervisors promptly. Expand skillset with versatile task engagement beyond CNC operations when required. Identify and advocate for process enhancements through Lean manufacturing principles. Efficiently manage job details using the E2 system for optimal workflow tracking. Be adaptable, embracing roles beyond specific job descriptions as business necessitates.

Performance and Proficiency:

Blueprint reading and interpretation aligned with machine specifications. Anticipate challenges with the courage to re-envision processes when needed. Top-tier organizational prowess and adept time management capabilities. Independent work style complemented by outstanding interpersonal communication. Skilled in CNC program formats and proficient in edits. Adept usage of inspection instruments and basic computing skills.

Essential Experience and Education:

5 years of hands-on CNC experience is mandatory, reflecting extensive operational insight.

Licensure:

A valid driver's license is necessary to meet operational demands.

Physical Expectations:

Physical prowess required for the role includes occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside specific visual acuity. ADA accommodations are available as needed.
