\ Our client is looking for Micro Manufacturing Machine Operators. This role involves operating specialized equipment to produce tiny coils and components that are crucial in high-precision manufacturing environments. The company has a reputation for excellence in manufacturing and has received recognition for its commitment to quality and innovation.\ In this role, you will be responsible for operating fully automated winding machines to produce micro-sized coils, troubleshooting mechanical issues, recording machine settings, and inspecting finished products for quality. You will work with hand tools and chemical solvents in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety procedures and company policies. The position offers flexible start times within the 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM window, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift.\

Required Skills and Experience:

\

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\
• Proficient with operating various manufacturing equipment, including automated winding machinery\
• Skilled in using hand tools and handling extremely small components with fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination\
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, product specifications, and follow written/verbal instructions\
• Organized with excellent documentation skills\
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting\
• Capable of working with microscopes, tweezers, and chemical solvents\
• High School diploma or equivalent\

Work Schedule:
