Precision Machine Parts Polisher Technician- 2nd Shift (3:00pm11:30pm)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to perform precision finishing and polishing of medical device components, applying detailed, hands-on techniques similar to fine jewelry finishing. Responsible for assembling multi-component parts, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting production flow in a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Polish and finish precision medical components to required specifications Perform detailed hand-finishing using small tools and precision techniques Assemble multi-component parts as required Maintain strict quality standards and inspection requirements Follow written work instructions and documented processes Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards Support overall production flow and meet daily output goals Experience High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation Join us in producing top-tier components through innovative machining techniques!
