Responsible for serving as the child preparation and profile specialist for the Permanency Services program. Conducts home and/or office visits with families, children or other professionals. Meets with and gathers relevant information from birth families, resource families, other professionals and the children to assist in the development and completion of the child profile. Provides post adoption services as needed.Education/Training:
A Bachelor's degree in social service or a related field of study normally required; a Master's Degree preferred.Experience:
A minimum of two (2) year's related experience normally required.ADA:
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.Compensation and Benefits:
