Nestled along the scenic Salmon River, Tailwater Lodge is looking for an energetic, dependable, and fun-loving Prep Cook to join our culinary crew!

Job Requirements:

• Prep fresh ingredients for banquets, events, and catered functions
• Assist chefs with food production and plating
• Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running smoothly
• Help set up banquet stations and ensure food quality standards are met
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines like a pro
• Work alongside a team that knows how to hustle and have fun

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for great food and attention to detail
