Prep Cook/Dishwasher

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting the overall operations of our restaurant and catering services, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are tidy. Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Support kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food service and catering environments, is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
