What Does a Prep Cook/Dishwasher Do? Prepares daily food items as assigned Maintains a clean, safe and organized kitchen and dish area Assists with prepping food items for specials Follows recipes, procedures, and presentation guidelines as set by management Restocks items as needed Ensures kitchen and restaurant have necessary clean items including plates, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Launders necessary items as assigned Additional duties as required What Does It Take to be Successful as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher? High school diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years' experience in the restaurant/food and beverage or related industry preferred Food handling and general knowledge of basic cooking skills Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight frequently Ability to stand for long periods of time Sense of urgency and willingness to assist team members as needed Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation's Best's values Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills

PM Saturday:
