Preschool Assistant Teacher

In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with curriculum implementation, and promote positive development in children. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily classroom activities in a few different classrooms Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging interactions and mentorship. Help manage classroom behavior by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive reinforcement. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports effective learning and safety protocols. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and developmental milestones. Diaper changing and assist with potty-training. Skills Experience working with children in classroom settings or childcare environments. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, children, and families. Patience, flexibility, and a love of children
