An Associate's Degree in early childhood education/child development or the equivalent, or a valid classroom CDA credential, or an existing 120 Hour approval (willingness to become qualified will be considered) Self-motivated Ability to take initiative and complete tasks Professional tact with administrators, teachers, students, parents and community Ability to work as a member of a professional educational team Experience working with children Criminal background clearance
