Preschool/ Childcare - Ed Tech/BHP

• This position is for Northern York County, Maine
• Brett DiNovi & Associates North is hiring for full-time Preschool Ed Techs, and Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP'S), also known as ABA Therapists to work in our preschool and in-homes for children with autism & other developmental disabilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Implement behavior plans in a Preschool setting. Assist with functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision. Use evidence-based ABA teaching strategies to promote skill development. Collaborate with senior BCBAs and receive continuous mentoring and feedback.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in ABA or human services is preferred (but not required). RBT certification is a plus — if not certified, we can help you get there. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license or state ID and reliable transportation (required) Must be capable of manual labor, including but not limited to: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally Up to 20 lbs. of force frequently Up to 10 lbs. of force constantly Activities such as pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing, and reaching Compensation & Benefits (For Full Time Employee) Hourly wage: Starting at $24.00/hr (depending on education and experience), with the opportunity to advance to $35.00/hr after your first year through strong performance and continued professional development.
