Santa Ana, CA We are currently seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Director or Assistant Director to join our preschool team in Santa Ana. We are looking for someone passionate about early childhood education, leadership, compliance, and creating a positive environment for children, families, and staff. Position Type Full-Time or Part-Time Available Flexible scheduling options may be discussed Requirements Must be bilingual: English & Spanish Experience in preschool or child care center management preferred Knowledge of California Licensing regulations and Title 22 preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to supervise staff and maintain a positive team environment Experience working with children and families CPR/First Aid certification preferred Child Development Permit or Director qualifications preferred Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the preschool Ensure compliance with Community Care Licensing requirements Support and supervise teachers and staff Maintain communication with parents and families Assist with enrollment, scheduling, and administrative duties Create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for growth within the company Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities To apply, please send your resume and qualifications.
