We are looking for an outgoing individual who is kind, loving and nurturing to the children. Also, welcoming, outgoing, and engaging with the parents. These attributes are a MUST! In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to child welfare will help shape the educational experiences of our preschool students, preparing them for future success. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate early intervention strategies, literacy education, math concepts, and physical education to foster holistic development. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that align with preschool standards and support individual learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to create a respectful learning environment. Provide attentive toddler care and support children's social-emotional needs, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Utilize classroom management skills to organize activities, monitor student progress, and maintain a structured learning environment. Conduct assessments using standardized testing when appropriate to track developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, challenges, and achievements to foster a collaborative approach to education. Clean the facility, and classrooms, multiple times per day.

REQUIREMENTS

Background check required Available to get necessary certifications as required by the state including

High school diploma or GED Must be motivated to learn. Experience preferred but not required. Must have a positive attitude!

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
