TENURE TRACK POSITION
Requirements:
NJ Preschool through Grade 3
Standard Certificate Additional Qualifications:
Must have Preschool Professional Development Fellow Status Minimum 3-5 years experience teaching general education preschool Have experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for preschool teachers Have experience in design and implementation of developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum Have experience with developmentally appropriate early childhood assessments Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of early childhood education, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning, and students needing to learn, early childhood education Have the ability to implement developmentally appropriate curricula and structured teaching practices for the preschool teacher Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
Job Goals:
To provide in-classroom support to preschool teachers ensuring a developmentally appropriate classroom environment and instruction.
Salary Range:
$60,260 to $108,364
Benefits:
Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental benefits. Sick, Personal, and Family Illness days are included.
