• Professional working environment with structure and fair work environment Additional Job Requirements include but are not limited to the following items: Must pass all state and Oakcrest required background checks, trainings and any additional information needed Must be able to carry out all job duties including following the classroom schedule, implementing all lesson plans and following the classroom checklist as well as state and Oakcrest regulations Must have a flexible schedule to work needed hours based on the classroom and school needs Must talk to children in a calm and professional manner and handle children with two hands and extreme care at all times Must maintain a professional working environment with other staff and administration by showing respect and proper communication Must be organized and able to use technology provided to properly track children, follow checklists, and keep the classroom cleaned and following the implemented planogram
