Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This role requires creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles to support each child's growth academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence Monitor and assess children's development and progress Maintain open and professional communication with parents and families Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to maintain high program standards Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance techniques

Qualifications:

CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) Minimum of 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children Strong understanding of child development and early learning practices Excellent communication and classroom management skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background screening and meet state licensing requirements
