To Be Determined Job Description Come join our team! We're looking for a motivated, caring, energetic, and loving individual who wants to be part of our Anchor Point family. At Anchor Point Early Learning Academy, we provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners while working alongside a supportive and passionate team.

What You'll Do:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a positive and engaging classroom environment. Support our mission of providing a safe, caring, and joyful space for children to learn and grow.

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's preferred) CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Passion for teaching and caring for young children A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow professionally Experience working in an early childhood setting
