Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages positive behavior management and supports children's social-emotional well-being. Conduct lesson planning tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages, including toddler care and preschool experience. Engage with children through interactive activities that promote language skills, fine motor development, and early childhood education principles. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address individual needs related to special education or child welfare, and support ongoing learning at home. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management. Utilize standardized testing tools and assessment methods to monitor each child's growth in literacy, numeracy (including math), and other key areas of development. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices with experience working with children in daycare or private school settings. Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and Montessori educational approaches. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and children. Ability to implement teaching physical education activities and tutoring sessions that enhance overall child welfare. Experience working with students across various age groups within preschool or toddler care environments. Proficiency in using standardized testing tools for assessment purposes; knowledge of literacy education strategies is essential.
