Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention techniques. Foster inclusive learning environments by working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations. Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for supporting each child's growth. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Use standardized testing tools and assessment methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Requirements Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings, including toddler care and daycare environments. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students. Certification or degree in early childhood education or a related field is a plus Familiarity with childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education.
